The Strategic Launch Fee supports commercial launch activities including:

• CRM setup and pipeline management
• Outbound business development
• Prospect qualification
• Sales presentations
• Opportunity management
• Weekly strategy sessions
• Commercial launch execution
This payment represents Month 1 of 3 and is a non-refundable draw against future earned sales commissions as defined in the executed Agreement.
