John is a solar operator and strategist with 18+ years of experience across sales, operations, and business development. He has helped scale installation companies past $100M in revenue by improving close rates, shortening sales cycles, and building systems that drive predictable growth.

At GreatSun, John focuses on new construction solar design, Aurora Solar optimization, and building the infrastructure behind high-performing teams including: CRM systems, proposal workflows, pricing automation, and pipeline visibility.

His work is built for one outcome: helping solar companies move faster, close more deals with confidence and reliably install clean solar energy.
